You can now view all available dates, up to a full year ahead, of any facility that is showing unavailable for your selected dates. Unavailable facilities are shown on the map or list as gray icons.
Show Available Dates
The description window of any unavailable facility includes a large blue button with "Show Available Dates". Use this button to reveal an interactive calendar that shows every available date for that facility — allowing you to easily change your dates so you can reserve that favorite facility.
This will also reset your selected dates so that you can select more than one facility for the same date.

Reservation Policies
Picnic Shelter / Pavilion Reservations Policy
Picnic shelters or pavilions may be reserved with a paid reservation fee. Online reservations are available up to one year in advance. Groups may contact the park directly for reservations up to two years in advance.
Cancellations should be made online or by calling the park directly during normal business hours. Cancellations may not be made via voicemail, email or social media.
- There is a $5.00 cancellation fee for picnic shelter or pavilion reservations cancelled 8 days or more in advance of the reserved date.
- Reservations cancelled 7 days or less in advance of the reserved date forfeit all paid fees.
- Refunds to credit / debit cards can take up to 7 days.
- If payment is made using a gift card, please retain this gift card in case you cancel your reservation. Any refunds must be made to the original gift card.
- If this reservation is part of a contracted group, then the contract's cancellation policies supersede the above individual cancellation policies.
TDEC / TN State Parks reserves the right to cancel a reservation and/or contract anytime with 100% refund of all monies received for the reservation.
Special Use Permit Requirements
Thank you for choosing T.O. Fuller State Park for your event. TN State Parks requires a Special Use Permit (SUP) for:
- Events open to the public (festivals, fundraisers, etc.)
- Other special accommodations (check SUP online application for compliance)

T.O. Fuller State Park reminders:
- Electrical capacity in the park is limited; inflatables require an outside power source such as a generator.
- Fireworks, water balloons, glitter balloons, glitter bombs, and powder cannons are strictly prohibited in the park.
- Alcohol is prohibited in the park without an approved Alcohol Use Permit. Permits can take up to 30 days to process. Applications can be submitted through the SUP link or obtained at park level. If approved, additional fees apply.
- Disorderly conduct and/or loud, disruptive music are prohibited by park rule.
- It is the responsibility of the person reserving the event space to leave it clean and undamaged in order to receive a deposit refund or to avoid extra charges.
- Trash protocol for Shelby Bluff Center: Please deposit all bagged trash in the rolling bins located outside the back door—extra trash bags can be provided upon request.
- Trash protocol for Pavilions 1-3: Please leave trash in bins provided at the pavilion. Secure lids to keep wildlife out of bins. Any extra trash should be bagged and placed under the pavilion.
- Trash protocol for Pavilion 4: Please place all bagged trash inside the front doors and secure door to keep wildlife out of the pavilion.

Firewood Policy
Only Certified Heat Treated Firewood is allowed to enter the state park. Please help us to protect Tennessee's state parks and forests. See http://www.protecttnforests.org for more information about invasive forest pests. You may also go to http://www.firewoodscout.org to find a vendor who sells Certified Heat Treated Firewood.
