Join Seasonal Ranger Hannah on the Pioneer Springs trail where we will hike in about a mile to a beautiful wetland that is home to thriving Bald Cypress trees, a famous sight to see in the Mississippi River bottoms. We might even get lucky and see a Great Blue heron! This hike will be about 1.5 miles round trip, be sure to bring sturdy shoes, water, sun protection, and bug spray. This hike will not be continuing all the way to Pioneer Springs, but participants may continue on their own if they would like. Hike will meet at the Pioneer Springs Trailhead.
