Description: Women's Camp 2025

Location: Pickwick Landing State Park

Are you looking to learn new skills, meet new people, and relax outdoors? Then you'll not want to miss this fun camp just for women! Check out the tentative outline of each day below for more details!

We offer two pricing options for ladies who prefer to camp or those who plan to commute. For campers, please bring tents and all needed camping supplies. All supplies for activities will be provided, but we recommend bringing a thick towel or yoga mat for Sunday's stretch out.

Women’s Camp 2025 Tentative Outline 

Friday 11/14/25 

4:00 pm Check in for campers 

6:00 pm Night Hike - Explore the Island Loop Trail with blacklights and learn about night vision.

7:00 pm Campfire Dessert - Enjoy a freshly made campfire cobbler, and we'll review the schedule for Saturday.

8:00 pm End of Day - Get some rest! Tomorrow is jam-packed!

Saturday 11/15/25 

6:30 am Early Morning Hike - Watch nature wake up along the Island Loop Trail.

9:00 am Kayak the Cove - Enjoy a quick kayak float around the marina cove.

10:00 am Water Quality Testing - Learn how to determine the health of a stream.

11:30 am Pelts and Skulls - See, touch, and learn about native animals with TN Naturalist Amber.

12:30 – 2:00 pm Lunch on your own - Grab a bite at your campsite, The Lodge, or another local restaurant.

2:30 – 3:30 pm Raptor Feeding - Come learn about our 8 birds of prey while they eat dinner!

4:00 – 5:00 pm Craft Time - Commemorate your camping trip with a fun and relaxing craft.

5:30 – 7:00 pm Dinner on your own - Grab a bite at your campsite, The Lodge, or another local restaurant.

7:15 – 8:15 pm Stargazing - Learn about stargazing and apps used to ID constellations.

8:30 – 9:30 pm Campfire and S’mores - Wind down for the day with a sweet treat.

9:45 pm End of Day

Sunday 11/16/25 

7:30 am Outdoor Yoga - Stretch out and relax in nature.

8:45 am History Wagon Tour - Learn about the history of PWLSP.

11:00 – 12:00 pm Check-out 

In the event of inclement weather, we will adjust activities as much as possible. If weather conditions for the weekend become too extreme, we'll reschedule the camp. If the rescheduled date/time does not work for you, we can refund your registration.
