Wildflowers don't stop blooming just because spring is over! There are lots of wildflowers that bloom all summer long, and even some species that only bloom in the late summer! Come out to Hidden Lake for a Ranger guided hike around the wildflower meadows to learn how to identify these wildflowers. Bring water, sturdy shoes, and your favorite camera to snap some great shots of these beautiful blooms! This is a perfect opportunity to bring a plant field guide book to practice using them to identify flowers and plants along the trails.
The trail is a short and relatively easy 1 mile hike, perfect for most hikers! The hike will begin at 9 AM so if you are running behind please reach out to the host; the hike will be cancelled in the event of rain.
