Description: Wild Edible Plant Hike [11 AM]

Location: Cedars of Lebanon State Park

Join Interpretive Park Ranger Shauna at the Nature Center to explore the surrounding land, where we'll identify wild edible plants along the way, from the tall trees to lowly shrubs and grassland plants.

We will be consuming some edible plants and foraging for others.

TSP rule and policy for foraging: Gathering or collecting for personal use reasonable quantities of natural products of a renewable nature including but not limited to fruits, berries, and driftwood is permitted; however, the gathering or collecting of such products for the purpose of commercial sale or other commercial use is prohibited.

Please never consume plants without 100% identification. Several plants are toxic and many resemble edible plants.
