This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join Interpretive Ranger Amanda at the campfire interpretive area in Rocky Fork to discover the nocturnal wonders of the forest. This special after-hours program invites you to learn about the owls that inhabit this area and their unique calls. After a brief discussion, we'll use prerecorded owl calls and even practice our own to attract these elusive creatures and perhaps hear them respond. This experience is especially suitable for older children. Benches are available for seating, but feel free to bring your own camping chair. Don't forget to bring snacks and water to enjoy during the program.
