Location: Henry Horton State Park

Join us on the Spring Creek trail for a weed wrangle to help celebrate National Invasive Species Awareness Week. Take an active part in removing invasive plants on the park. learn about invasive species and how they affect our park while aiding our park in the ongoing project of removing invasive species on our Spring Creek Trail. 

We will meet at the Spring Creek Trailhead, located off the Wilhoite Mill Parking lot, at 9am. All materials, including gloves, will be provided for work. Guests are welcome to bring their own gloves or work materials, but they are not required. Guests should be able hike into the location along the spring creek trail and complete pulling and cutting of weeds.
