October is Family History Month, and Sycamore Shoals State Historic Park is proud to partner with the Jonesborough Genealogical Society to help you trace your heritage. Experienced genealogists will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the visitor center lobby to answer questions, provide research resources, and assist with your family history inquiries.
Whether you are just beginning to explore your family history or have been researching for years, experienced volunteers will be on hand to help you identify next steps and continue filling in the roots and branches of your family tree.
Coffee, tea & light refreshments will be served.
