This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join Seasonal Interpretive Ranger Natalie at Pickett State Park as we explore the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-yoku.
This mindful method of immersing yourself in nature encourages deep observation and reflection. By tuning in to the sights, sounds, and sensations of the forest, we can
enhance our mental well-being and foster a stronger connection with the natural world around us. We'll be
hiking the Hidden Passage Trail to Crystal Falls, with time set aside to sit quietly at the falls-so please bring a
towel, mat, or cushion to sit on. This program is recommended for ages 12 and up.
