This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join Seasonal Interpretive Ranger Natalie for a guided hike along the Lake Trail Loop! Slow down and take a closer look at the world around you on this peaceful walk. We’ll pause at scenic spots to sketch and observe the small wonders of the forest—reflections on the water, textures of bark, or the shape of a wildflower. You don’t need to be an artist to enjoy this program—just bring a notebook, something to draw with, and a sense of curiosity. We’ll provide journaling prompts and tips to help you get started, along with plenty of inspiration from the trail.
This program is recommended for ages 12 and up and lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please bring your own sketchbook and drawing materials, as well as plenty of water and be sure to wear sturdy shoes!
