Come volunteer and celebrate the season for our last Sprout Society of 2026!
Participants who are volunteering will assist park staff with removing privet, an invasive plant, from impacted areas at the park. After collecting your privet, you will have the option of sticking around and using collected cuttings to make a festive holiday wreath! All materials for making your holiday wreath will be provided.
Please note: those participating in the holiday privet wreath craft will be requested to pay a program fee. This helps ensure the availability of crafting materials for all participants.
Please come appropriately dressed for the weather. Volunteer work will be outside, so warm layers, water, and sun protection are recommended.
