Join Ranger Decoda's fight against invaders! It's difficult to enjoy our native plants and animals when something is pushing them out! So come on out and take part in this state-wide effort. Lend your local Tennessee State Park a hand in ridding our woods of some Chinese Privet, an incredibly invasive plant that grows on and a little past the wood line!
We are going to target an area near our Visitor Center, this time. Chinese privet is easy to spot at this time of the year as they are some of the only plants still green. You may even get the opportunity to walk away with a new hiking stick!
