This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
September's full moon is known as the Corn Moon. It is named for the harvest of corn, which often takes place in late summer or early fall.
We will hike about 2.5 miles by the light of the full moon. As we explore parts of Seven Islands, we will discuss the nocturnal animals that live in the park and look for evidence of them as they emerge from their daytime hiding places.
Please plan on meeting Ranger Stephanie at the Bluebird Barn at 8:00pm.
Please bring a flashlight or headlamp with a red light option if you have one. Pets are not allowed on programs, except service animals.
