This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join Seasonal Interpretive Ranger Joseph as we spend some time doing Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing. Which is the simple and therapeutic act of spending time in a forest. This mindful method of immersing yourself in nature encourages deep observation and reflection. By tuning in to the sights, sounds, and sensations of the forest, we can enhance our mental well-being and foster a stronger connection with the natural world around us. This hike is a little over mile there and back. Please wear close-toed shoes, bring some water, and some bug spray.
