Join Ranger Joe every Saturday morning for our renewed run club! registration no longer required.
We will be doing slow, short runs (a few miles or less at a 13-15+ mile/minute pace) and provide some individualized coaching to help you meet your goals, including participating in our 5k later this year. Our run club is great for beginners to running, advanced runners as a warmup or recovery, or anyone looking to socialize and get fit.
Please bring plenty of water and wear appropriate workout gear and shoes.
