Step into the world of outdoor survival with Interpretive Ranger Amanda! Jr. Rangers will learn important wilderness skills through hands on activities and demonstrations. Campers will explore topics such as fire making, animal tracking, outdoor preparedness, and other essential backcountry skills.
Special guest speakers will join us to teach and share their knowledge of these important survival techniques. This exciting day is perfect for curious young adventurers who want to build confidence and learn how to safely navigate the outdoors.
Required Items:
• Refillable water bottle
• Closed toe shoes
• Comfortable outdoor clothing
Lunch will be provided for registered children only
We will be meeting at the Campfire Interpretive Area.
Drop off is between 9-9:30am and pick up will be promptly at 1:00pm
