This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
This program will cruise through the lakes history and changes in land use over the last 90 years. Explore the significance of the reforested hardwood forest around the lake and how much migratory birds rely on its resources. This tour is a great opportunity to spot large wading birds on the lake such as Heron's and Egret's. Please bring sunscreen and extra water for this tour. Lifejackets will be provided for everyone. This program will meet inside the Nature Center.
