This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
If you have ever wondered where Pickwick got its name, or how the New Deal forever altered the landscape of a rural river town, this tour is for you!
Meet Ranger Jillian at the entrance to Pickwick Lodge at 6:00 PM. From there, we will hop aboard the wagon for a guided tour of the park. During the two-hour tour, Ranger Jillian will share stories of Pickwick’s past and we will make multiple stops at historical landmarks throughout the park, ending with an optional ¼ mile hike along the Island Loop Trail to the remains of the CCC Group Camp before returning to the Lodge.
