Join Ranger Gibbs for this overnight backpacking trip at Old Stone Fort! Do you have a tent or hammock you have never gotten out of the bag because you don't know how to set it up correctly? Confused about what you should pack for certain backpacking trips whether it be for a day, overnight, or weeks? Have you been backpacking but feel like you need more information or a test run before a big trip? This trip is meant for people who may not be comfortable doing a backpacking trip solo, someone who may not know all of the basics yet, or even someone trying to test out some bugs before going on a few week hike. You will learn new skills and maybe even develop a new hobby on this trip. We will be canoeing, hiking, setting up camp, firing building, etc. on this trip.
