Step into the mysterious world of Gossett Tract after dark! Join SIR Lexi for a guided night hike through Gossett Tract of Harpeth River State Park, where your senses will come alive with the sights and sounds of the nocturnal world.
As we walk under the cover of night, we’ll listen for the rustle of raccoons, and the chirps of night insects. Learn about the fascinating adaptations of nocturnal animals and how they navigate and survive in the darkness.
This program is perfect for families, nature lovers, and anyone curious about what goes on in the woods after sunset. Bring a flashlight (with a red filter if possible), wear sturdy shoes, and bring bug spray!
