This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Come hike the park at night, past normal business hours! This hike is themed on nature at night, how a "different" world wakes up at night. Nocturnal animals are active, stars are out, and so much is happening around us at night - this hike is to see just a few of those things!
This hike will take us through the Mayo Wix, High Ridge, and Tennessee History Trails. The Birdsong Trail can also be utilized if desired and within time constraints. Please dress for the weather and nighttime lighting - at least one flashlight per person is required (most flashlights will be used for illuminating the ground for safety and identification). If you have a UV/blacklight that is portable and easy to carry on a hike - bring it!
