This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join Interpretive Ranger Haley for a relaxing walk to Laurel Falls as we slow down and experience nature through journaling. No artistic experience is needed! Through simple sketches, observations, and writing prompts, we'll explore the sights, sounds, and stories of the forest while creating our own nature journal pages.
We will be doing the Laurel Falls loop, which is about 0.3 miles. It is moderate to hard strictly due to the fact that we have to go downstairs and a bit of rocky terrain. Be sure to bring water, suitable hiking clothes, and sturdy shoes. You will also need to bring your own journal to write in, but we will have some pencils provided.
**WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE JOURNAL. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN JOURNAL**
