Start your day with Ranger Corso on a refreshing, guided hike along the scenic Moonshine Trail at Rock Island State Park. This morning adventure offers a peaceful opportunity to experience the park's natural beauty while enjoying the cooler temperatures and the sounds of wildlife waking up for the day.
Participants will hike at a relaxed pace, with stops to observe unique plants, wildlife, while learning about the area's natural and cultural history. The hike is suitable for most fitness levels, but participants should be prepared for uneven terrain and wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes.
Please bring water, dress for the weather, and don't forget your camera to capture the beautiful morning scenery. Meet at the Moonshine Trailhead at 8:30 a.m. for a memorable start to your day in the park.
