This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Meet Ranger Crow at the park Visitor Center to embark on a short walk to the Blue Hole/Council Spring for a guided meditation.
This mindfulness-based experience requires all participants to be able to sit quietly on the bridge/stairs for 20-30 minutes while reflecting by the Blue Hole. You are welcome to bring your own chair or blanket for accessibility and comfort.
Through meditation, this program aims to help participants reflect and let go of daily burdens and woes. Mindfulness is the practice of slowing down, noticing, and reflecting on the present. While this program is inspired by the Cherokee beliefs surrounding the sacred spring, this meditation is open to all people from all walks of life.
It is recommended to bring your own water and stay hydrated!
