This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join Ranger Corso for an 8:00 AM hike on the Blue Hole Trail at Rock Island State Park will provide participants with an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, get physical exercise, and experience the natural beauty of the park. This hike will be strenuous, with challenging and uneven terrain, so participants should be prepared for a more physically demanding experience.
All participants are required to wear proper footwear, such as sturdy hiking shoes or boots with good traction, to help navigate rocky, uneven, and potentially slippery sections of the trail safely. Participants should also bring plenty of water, dress appropriately for the weather, and be prepared to take breaks as needed.
The hike will focus on physical activity, trail safety, and appreciation of the natural surroundings. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the Blue Hole area while enjoying the scenic landscape of Rock Island State Park in a safe and responsible manner.
