Description: Mobility and Flexibility for Hikers

Location: Natchez Trace State Park

If you enjoy hiking, running, or other physical activities then you can benefit from increased mobility and flexibility. On 2/27 at 5:30pm Ranger Caden will be leading a small class at the Visitor Center that focuses on movement patterns common to outdoor enthusiasts and overall joint health. Think yoga, but even more practical. This will not be an intensive class, so all levels are welcome.

Things to bring: a yoga/exercise mat, water, clothes you can move well in.

Class size is very limited, so sign up now to claim your spot!

*Ranger Caden is a Corrective Exercise Specialist certified through NASM CPT/CES, FRC/FRA, CHEK Holistic Coaching, and more.

Healthy Parks Healthy Person is a state initiative to improve the health and well-being of Tennesseans. It has been proven that time spent in nature at parks provides health benefits - both mental AND physical. Outdoor physical activity can improve your outlook and increase your health benefits.
