All participants MUST be registered.
The mounted patrol has been on duty, making appearances at several nearby Tennessee State Parks for shifts and events - helping keep parks and visitors safe! Since David Crockett Birthplace is still closed, we're providing a one-on-one opportunity for locals to come meet this hard-working duo and learn more about the work they are doing.
Please wear closed-toe shoes, and please do not bring treats as we will provide some that are Rowdy-approved. The base registration fee and optional patch help fund the team's tack and other supplies!
Meet at the entrance gate of the park. All participants MUST be registered. Once registration has been verified with a ranger, you will be directed where to park. Please note there are no available facilities on the park.
The patch is a special Tennessee State Parks Mounted Patrol patch that's available for anyone that selects the $8 sign-up option. (It is not a scouting patch.)
