SIR Kimber will be leading a meditation focused on nature sounds and breath, followed by gentle yoga and mobility exercises. Wear comfy, stretch-friendly clothes and bring a yoga mat, water, towel, and yoga block (if you have one). Ages 12+, children must be with an adult. We'll meet in the lower field (take the first right, to the playground, as you are driving into the park). Please register.
