SIR Kimber will be leading a meditation focused on nature sounds and breath, followed by gentle yoga and mobility exercises. Wear comfy, stretch-friendly clothes and bring a yoga mat, water, towel, and yoga block (if you have one). Ages 12+, children must be with an adult. Please register.
