Join Seasonal Ranger Kristen in the field outside of the visitor center to make your own paper raccoon while discovering why these clever critters are known as nature's cleanup crew! Through fun facts and hands-on crafting everyone will leave with a new appreciation for these masked mammals and the important job they do in keeping nature clean.
All materials will be provided, and you’ll leave with a small project to take home.
This program is open to all ages. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Please dress for the weather and bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray as needed.
