Come on out for The National Park Service at Obed Wild and Scenic River's “Lunch and Learn” program series this summer! In collaboration with Morgan County School Food Services and Frozen Head State Park, the series will offer free lunch and an engaging ranger-led program. Join a Frozen Head Ranger on an Interpretive Loop Hike. On this half mile trek, we’ll encounter historic Civilian Conservation Corps camps, unique rock formations, and a beautiful, winding creek, as well as many enchanting pieces of history that bring the park to life! Venture out to discover how all living things connect, crafting a story and how this story creates biological diversity. Meet at the Shelter C/Old Mac Trailhead at 11:00am to participate! All children must be accompanied by an adult and registration is required.
