Join Ranger Wheatley in the T.O. Fuller SP Interpretive Center, 1442 Pavilion Drive, for this Black History Month program to learn about the influential history of letters.
Learn how pieces of paper led to the abolition of slavery, advancement of support for African Americans, and important equality acts and laws. Create our own letters the old-fashioned way using implements of the period giving your letter an authentic feel. All supplies will be provided for participants to take home their own letter.
Free with registration. Suggested donation, $5. Your donations ensure quality programming.
