Join us for this free program to learn how to be proper stewards for the environment as we enjoy it. We'll start in the Bluebird Barn with a talk about Leave No Trace principles and what they mean for us as recreators and nature enjoyers. Together participants will learn the set of principles to lessen our impact on the environment while also being avid enjoyers of natural world around us.
Then, we'll go on an optional guided hike afterwards and continue talking about Leave No Trace while also enjoying the nature of the park with park staff.
This is a free program, but participants are encouraged to leave a donation for attendance. Pre-registration is greatly encouraged.
