This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
The forests around us have provided food for indigenous cultures for thousands of years. Join Clay at the amphitheater for a hands-on exploration of kanuchi, a traditional Cherokee hickory nut soup. Learn how hickory trees were used as an important food resource, discover the process of making kanuchi, and enjoy a taste of this enduring cultural tradition. WARNING: KANUCHI CONTAINS NUTS.
