Description: Jr. Ranger Camp - Returning Rangers

Location: Pickwick Landing State Park

Have you attended Jr. Ranger Camp with us in the past and want to learn and explore more? This year we have a camp just for you!

This year, we will be offering Junior Ranger Camp for Returning Rangers from June 10th to June 12th from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday will start at 6:00 pm with a graduation ceremony and some fun activities for the whole family! Camp will be for kids ages 9-13. The camp will follow a theme of water conservation, outdoor recreation, and safety. The cost is $65 per child and includes a camp water bottle and snacks. We will be outside at Shelter 1, so please dress for the weather and the activities of the day. 

Jr. Rangers will need to bring a sack lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. 

On Friday, we'll have a short graduation ceremony at 6:00 pm. Then campers and their families are invited to stick around for some fun night sky activities!

Registration will be required and participation will be limited, so be sure to register early. Please register online with the parent's/guardian's email, address, phone, and name. We need all of the parent's/guardian's information before we can send the packet.

After you complete online registration and payment, you will be emailed a registration packet and a tentative daily schedule, or you can pick up a physical copy at the park office. Please complete the packet, and return by June 1st. Complete one packet per child. Packets should be emailed to rachel.boothe@tn.gov or delivered to the Park Office. 

A finalized daily schedule will be sent to the parent email used at registration by May 29th.
