Join Interpreter Hannah for a journey through the rock cycle during this Homeschool Thursday session. Some of the topics that will be discussed are the rock cycle, middle Tennessee geology, and fossil formation.
It will begin at 2 PM at shelter 2 on the day use side of the park. This program will end at Noon. There will be multiple topics and activities during this time period. It is $3 per homeschooler. Registration is REQUIRED. Homeschoolers need to have an adult with them throughout this program. Program content will be targeted towards 1st-5th grade standards, but all students are welcome!
One of the activities is going to be a hike. Make sure they warmly, wear sturdy shoes, and bring water.
