Calling all homeschool families!
Join park staff for an educational tour of the Red Clay Council Grounds and a traditional Cherokee weapons demonstration! Learn about the history of the Red Clay Council Grounds and its significance to the Cherokee people.
This program is appropriate for students 1st-8th grades.* We will divide into two groups for the program: 1st - 5th, then 6th - 8th.
We will meet on the Visitor Center porch at 1:00 PM to get started.
Overflow parking will be available at the picnic pavilion.
*Please note that registration will open onĀ Wednesday, February 4th at 11:00 AM EST. You MUST register your student to participate.
Alternative activities will be available for non-participating children.
