This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Pre-registration is required for this event
We’ll learn about the butterfly life cycle, how to identify common local species, and why these important pollinators need our help. Through hands-on activities, games, and a short walk through the garden, kids will explore the magical lives of butterflies and discover how to make their own backyard more butterfly-friendly.
This program is recommended for children ages 5–12. Please meet at the Bluebird Barn at 10:00 AM. Be prepared to walk about 1 mile.
The cost for this program is $5.00 for kids. Adults are free.
Please come prepared with good walking shoes, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Pets are not allowed on programs, except service animals. Butterfly nets and bug jars will be provided.
