Savage Gulf State Park

Description: Hike to Savage Falls

Location: Savage Gulf State Park

Join Ranger Spencer on a hike down to Savage Falls. Meet at Savage Gulf East Trailhead, 3157 SR 399, Palmer, TN at 9:00 a.m. to begin the hike.

This is a 3 mile round-trip hike that is mostly moderate in nature. Accessing the base of the falls will be strenuous, and extreme care is needed in footing to get to the bottom of the falls.

Please wear appropriate footwear and bring water and snacks of your choice, as these items will not be provided.

NOTICE: The terrain at the park can vary based on the topography and can be treacherous in terms of keeping your footing. The potential to slip and fall exists, and extreme care is needed.

CANCELLATION: Attendee cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the program's scheduled start in order to receive a refund.
