This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Grab your gloves, lace up your boots, and answer the call – Chickasaw State Park needs heroes! This National Public Lands Day, we are teaming up to clear and care for our beloved trails. You will help trim back plants from the trail corridor, move fallen trees, and inspect bridges, making the park safer and more beautiful for everyone
When: 9/20 9am-12pm
Where: Main Parking Lot Trail Head
Your Hero Gear: Sturdy closed toe shoes, weather appropriate clothes, and work gloves. We will supply tools and water!
Every hour you give is an act of stewardship that protects the trails we love. Whether you come solo, bring your family, or rally your friends, you will leave knowing you made a real difference for your community and our public lands.
Be a Trail Hero- we will see you out there!
