This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Meet at the Park Headquarters at 3:00PM on Saturday, March 21st to learn about the historical uses of many of our native plants! Ranger Holly Frerichs will identify a number of native plants and discuss folk healing traditions that go back centuries and talk about the people that used, and still use them.
There is limited seating for this presentation, so please register beforehand. This program will be offered multiple times in the Spring.
This program is free to attend, however please consider donating upon registration to Norris Dam State Park! 100% of your donations stay within the park and are used for program supplies, park improvements, and so much more. Thank you for your ongoing support of YOUR state park!
