This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Beginners are welcome to participate in this relaxing kayak paddle! Instructions will be given to those that need it along with some practice. Kayaking is much easier than a canoe, so come check it out if you are "wavering" (pun intended)!
Meet at our kayak shed at the swim beach. Kayak, paddle and life vests are included. We put them in the water! All you do is don your life vest and hop in! (life vest included/required).
Our kayaks are sit-on-top and are stable, beginner friendly!
We will tour the shoreline, talk about local history, observe wildlife, plants and geological formations during this leisurely tour.
