This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Discover the wonders of fall bird migration right along the water! Join us for a guided 1-hour birding walk along Bay Point Loop Trail.
Before heading out on the trail, we will discuss why Tennessee serves as a vital pit stop on the fall flyway and highlight the incredible variety of species passing through our area this season. Afterwards, we’ll set off together to spot and identify local and migratory birds along the lake.
Whether you're a seasoned birder or completely new to bird watching, all skill levels and ages are welcome!
Binoculars will be available during the program, but participants are welcome to bring their own equipment. Water and adequate hiking shoes are recommended for the program.
We will meet for this progam at the Bay Point Loop Trail head, located by the marina boat parking area.
