This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
This year, we will have our traditional self-guided scavenger hunt. Get your scavenger hunt forms from the Visitors' Center, 1500 W Mitchell, after 8 a.m. Completed forms can be turned in for prizes at the Visitors' Center by 3 p.m. while supplies last.
In addition, Ranger Michaela will be conducting a half-mile guided hike to learn about "Leave No Trace" principles and how our actions can help preserve and protect our resources.
Meet Ranger Michaela at the Interpretive Center, 1442 Pavilion Drive, at 9 a.m. to participate.
Appropriate for all hiking levels, wheelchair and stroller friendly. Dress for the weather. Bring bug spray and water. Long sleeves, long pants, and closed toe shoes recommended.
