From cornbread and wild greens to pemmican and yaupon tea; this program explores the resourceful and resilient foodways of the frontier. Meet SIR Pacen at the museum to take a look at some of the practices adopted by early Tennesseans on the frontier in relation to preparing food and meeting their nutritional needs for survival.
