Description: Fall Women's Hike

Location: David Crockett State Park

Celebrate the beauty of autumn with a 3.5-mile hike through the park on October 18th at 10:00 AM. We'll meet at the far end of the restaurant parking lot before setting off on our adventure.

Hike Route:

• Start on the Restaurant Connector Trail
• Cross the road to the Crawfish Valley Trail
• Continue to the floating bridge
• Return via the Trail of Tears
• Reconnect with Crawfish Valley Trail
• Cross back over the road and finish on the Connector Trail to the restaurant

This is a moderate hike featuring natural terrain with steep hills, roots, and rocks. Please wear sturdy footwear and appropriate clothing and be prepared for ticks.

What to Bring:

• Water
• A small snack (if needed)
• Your sense of adventure!

Estimated hike time: 2.5 hours

Optional: For those who’d like to stick around afterward, we’ll enjoy lunch together at the Park Restaurant once the hike is complete!
