Fort Pillow State Historic Park
Fall Festival
Join us at Fort Pillow State Historic Park on October 24th for our Annual Fall Festival. Our fall games and face painting will start at 5:00p.m. that evening and run to approximately 7:00p.m. Starting at 5:30p.m. we will have a costume contest. New event this year will be the pet costume contest at 5:45p.m., so bring your pet dressed up. At 6:00p.m. we will be having our pumpkin decorating contest. Children 10 and under will be eligible for our contests and games are available for everyone to enjoy as well as the pet costume contest. Following the contests at 7:00p.m. we will start hayrides from the picnic pavilion and tour the park. The whole evening Faith Community Church will be providing games and face painting and the Friends of Fort Pillow will be selling refreshments for anyone wishing to purchase them.
