Description: Fall Colors Hike - Council of Trees Trail

Location: Red Clay State Historic Park

Embrace the changes that come with fall on this 1.6-mi hike!


Learn about the changes that come with the season along this guided hike with Red Clay staff! The Council of Trees Trail is a 1.6-mi loop trail with varied terrain (gravel and soil), with a typical grade of 6.9%.


We will meet in front of the picnic pavilion to get started. To get to the picnic pavilion, continue along the road (do not turn left into the Visitor Center parking lot) up the hill.
