This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join Seasonal Interpretive Ranger Jackson for a cozy, art canoe float. Participants will meet at the Lake Acorn Boat Rental. We will begin our float with an introduction to canoeing, then participants will have the opportunity to craft while floating on the water. Participants are encouraged to bring their own art supplies which could include textile crafts such as crocheting or supplies for drawing, journaling, or painting! There are limited spots available so be sure to register online or by calling the park office. There is a charge of $15 per person, this reserves your seat on a canoe and includes the use of a paddle and life vest.
