Looking to beat the heat and get in some miles? Then join Interpretive Ranger Rachel at the Shelter 2 parking lot at 6:00 am on Friday! We have a 5 mile paved route we can walk together, but we can also edit and do less miles if the group prefers.
As we walk we'll chat about the benefits of walking outdoors, discuss the Healthy Parks Healthy Person app, and talk about park events and projects. Mornings are a great time to see wildlife on the park, so we'll keep a watch out for our native fauna as we stroll.
